HOW TO FIND YOUR FOREVER "HAIR HOME", HAIR SALON, HAIRSTYLIST.....
Updated: Jan 25

Hello there; I've been a hairstylist for over 16 years and started in salons working as receptionist years before I got my hair license and have seen the different aspects of clients experience and how a salon's appearance can affect a clients experience.
I wanted to give some tips on what you can do to make finding your perfect salon and /or hairstylist a flawless transition.
Tip #1 - somebody that listens to you and takes the time out to listen to what you want making eye contact and requesting pictures of your desired hair goals is key!!
(If the hairstylist doesn't ask for these pictures it's because they can not do hair)
Tip #2 - consultation is your chance to see if you feel the hairdresser understands what you want. And free consultations is a confident stylist that knows you will book your hair appt right after consult.

Tip #3 - In general, a recommendation is always good, but if not, type into Google 'hairdresser', your location and, say, 'ombré specialist.' Some links are paid, so they will be to the top—but that doesn't necessarily mean they're the best. Look at reviews and images; before and after pictures are ideal.
Hope these tips help you decide what salon and/or hair stylist is best fit for your needs. Best of luck in your venture as it's a very important decision to many women and men just as important as finding the right doctor or dentist. Book appt now abbyrose.glossgenius.com
